What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer free tracked shipping to Oceania, Europe and North America for any orders over $50. If the order is below $50 our standard shipping costs $4.99
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping times worldwide vary by location and customs processing but typically range between:

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If your item isn’t the perfect fit or style, you can return it hassle free.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How can I track my order?
After you're order has shipped you'll receive an email with your tracking number. With that tracking number you can always check the status of your order online.

Yes. We offer international shipping for $4.99 for any orders under $50 and any orders over $50 will receive free tracked international shipping.
